The noise levels from outside were unbearable, and the rude staff made it even worse. I was appalled that they closed the rooftop without informing us, preventing us from enjoying the jacuzzi. Plus, the lack of flexibility at the bar for requests was downright ridiculous.

good location close to a shopping centre and big supermarket, and the 33rd avenue, i felt safe. all the staff were helpful.

Enjoyed staying at the double room. The bed was comfortable and a mini bar, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were a bonus. The staff were amicable and helpful all the time. The property's location was marvellous and amazing, right near a local airport:)))

Rooftop Views Worth the Stay

The rooftop terrace provided amazing views of the city, especially during sunset. The jacuzzi added a relaxing touch to our evenings.

The noise from the busy street was quite disruptive at night. We also had a rather impersonal interaction with the front desk staff.

The hotel of choice in Medellin. Nice place for shopping. Favourable, stunning location in Laureles - Estadio district close enough to El Poblado, a local airport, and a shopping centre and big supermarket. Also, in the middle of jackson;)))

A Luxurious Stay with Lovely Views

The jacuzzi was a perfect retreat. Breakfast offered a mix of options, and room service was prompt. For amazing views, don't miss the rooftop for evening relaxation, but be mindful of the jacuzzi area being a bit crowded.

The rooftop jacuzzies were a highlight. I loved the convenience of having a large shopping mall just a short walk away, perfect for grabbing cold drinks and food after a long day.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but the experience was still worth it.

Modern hotel, modern amenities, the room was equipped with a tv and air conditioning, making my stay comfortable after a day of exploring, while the rooftop bar offered fine views of the city and was great.

Everything went smoothly.

The place was super clean, and the hot water in the shower was perfect after a long day. I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and enjoying the sun terrace where I could unwind. Just a heads-up, the parking situation could be a bit tricky, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

The location was ideal, being within walking distance to the convention center and numerous bars and restaurants. The king bed in my Beautiful Suite Spa Bath was comfortable, and the jacuzzi for two was a highlight. The staff's support in arranging Rappi deliveries directly to my room was convenient.

The bar/restaurant closed early, limiting evening options.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The Standard Double Room provided good comfort, but I noticed the noise from outside was quite disruptive. The breakfast setup could use bowls for cereals instead of coffee cups. It'd make dining more convenient. Those little touches would enhance the overall experience significantly.
